Proposition 65

What is Proposition 65?
Proposition 65 requires businesses to provide warnings to Californians about signifi –
cant exposures to chemicals that cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
These chemicals can be in the products that Californians purchase, in their homes or
workplaces, or that are released into the environment. By requiring that this information
be provided, Proposition 65 enables Californians to make informed decisions about their

How Are We Complying?
Napac has made substantial effort to insure that their products are safe to use
and do not violate any known safety standards or regulations. Still our customers
have the “right to know” that they contain trace amounts – below government established
“safe harbor” levels – of chemicals known to cause cancer and/or reproductive
harm in much higher concentrations or in different structural compositions.
